Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for SellerTrack (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY NAME]. It supplements our Terms of Service.

Billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) and renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from Settings (or the Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals — you won’t be charged again — and your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. We don’t automatically prorate or refund the remainder of a period unless stated below or required by law.

Refunds

Free trials

Duplicate or erroneous charges

If you were charged in error or billed twice for the same period, contact us and we’ll investigate and refund any incorrect charge.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have (for example, consumer withdrawal or cancellation rights in the EU/UK). Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.

How to request a refund

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account with your account details and the charge in question, or use the in-app Help & Support widget. We aim to respond within a few business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually resolve issues faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of the account.
